If you noticed last week, I’m starting to mix up my training a little. Not in terms of switching up mileage of my runs but in where I’m running. And it was really nice mentally to get a break from the same old, same old.
I’m planning to switch up my cross-training days starting this week too. I’ve been doing a similar weight training blueprint since October and it’s time I do something different. So I’ll be using the Nike Training Club app to try out some different workouts. Hopefully it will challenge my body in a different way and get me out of the slump I’ve been feeling on Mondays. I’m also going to be trying out the app for my yoga workouts too!
