Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie

Cold Brew Protein Smoothie

Best enjoyed after a super sweaty workout when you are drained and need an extra caffeine boost.

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee  (make at home, I use a ratio of 1 cup ground to 4 cups water and let sit overnight)

  • Protein powder of your choice

  • Ice

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

A taste of the tropics no matter where you are plus adding in spinach gives you a serving of vegetables without you realizing (beyond the mint green smoothie color).

  • 1 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1 cup frozen mixed tropical fruit

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • Protein powder (unflavored or vanilla works best)

Berries and Oats Smoothie

Berries and Oats Smoothie

I love this smoothie after an early morning run since I don’t eat before these runs! It’s an easy way to cool down and have my usual berry oatmeal.

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 cup frozen berries of your choice

  • Protein powder of your choice

  • 1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
