A new month and we are getting closer than ever to being a family of four! This was my second week without running so let’s take a look at how I kept active.
Monday, July 1
Kettlebells and cardio on the spin bike after work today! I had much more energy than last Monday so I did three rounds of my kettlebell circuit plus an easy 20 minutes on the spin bike.
Tuesday, July 2
Even with the AC, it being almost 90 outside and being 35 weeks pregnant meant I worked up a sweat on the elliptical. Thank goodness for my Buff Coolnet UV Headband and Nuun!
Wednesday, July 3
A nice, easy treadmill working of walking hill intervals. I’m so glad this was my last day of work for the week because I am ready for a long weekend!
Thursday, July 4
Hill climb on the elliptical today, which got interrupted by the fire alarm going off the at gym! Good thing I got the bulk of my workout in before that.
We stuck around home for the 4th and didn’t do much besides heading to the gym and taking Vinnie to a brewery. It was nice to have a relaxing day off since we’ve been so busy on the weekends lately.
Friday, July 5
Yoga this morning before getting cleaning done around the apartment (that nesting feeling is setting in!) Not as graceful when I move in between positions at 35 weeks but it still felt really good. I also got the nursery set up a little bit more including washing and putting away a bunch of things.
Saturday, July 6
40-ish minutes on the elliptical today in a very empty gym. I could tell that I did a ton of stuff yesterday because even with an OK night of sleep, I was tired this morning!
Sunday, July 7
A nice long session on the elliptical this morning, an hour and just over 3 miles!
